I love my customers at Lucy Lane’s, and I want to take good care of you. I hope that you love everything that you order from me, but if you don’t I will do everything I can to exceed your customer service expectations.
Please double check your order as soon as you get it. If you think that you have received a defective item or the order is incorrect, contact me within 5 business days of receipt of your order (see form below). If you have any issues with your order please feel free to contact me as soon as possible so that I can help you. I will get back to you promptly and I am happy to help you in any way that I can. - Orders are processed and shipped out within three business days.
- FREE local pickup is available (in Mission KS). Use code: LOCAL at checkout. If you have a second coupon code to use with local pickup, please fill out the form below and I will get you taken care of!

- Your happiness is my #1 priority. If you aren't happy with a purchase for any reason then I’m not happy either, and I will take it back. Returns should be in unwashed and unworn condition and free of stains or smells.
- Items may be returned for a store credit OR a full refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery date. Make sure to give enough time for return shipping. ♥
- Sale items and hair accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return unless there is damage, a defect, or a mistake on my part. Thank you for understanding!
- Please allow 5-7 business days after I receive your return package to process the return.

- To make returns as easy as possible for you I include a trackable return shipping label with every order. Simply secure the return label to your package and send it my way. No need to pay for return shipping. It’s on me!
- I will send you a non-expiring store credit equal to the value of purchase minus any initial shipping costs through a coupon code. The code will be sent via e-mail as soon as I receive your return. Easy Peasy!
Prefer a Refund? No problem!
- If you would like a refund on the credit or debit card of purchase, please use your own method of shipping instead of the included return label.
- The purchasing card will be refunded the amount of purchase minus any initial shipping charges. Also easy peasy!

- I want to take good care of you, so I will pay for a return on your first order if you aren't 100% in love with it. Just use the included return shipping label to send your purchase back to me. I will send you a non-refundable store credit or refund you in full. Your choice! Either one you choose will also include any initial shipping charges that you may have paid.
