Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  1. All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your order.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
  3. Clear defects, size mismatch or wrong items shipped by us qualify for full refunds.
  4. Clearance, sale and custom-made items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Send a return request email to info@lucylanes.com, include your order number and return reason.
  2. Wait for our team to reply with official return authorization and valid return address within 24–48 business hours.
  3. Ship the package back following our instructions, keep the shipping tracking number for proof.
  4. We will inspect returned goods once received. Qualified returns will trigger your refund within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Shipping Fees

  • Returns caused by our error (defective, wrong size/wrong item): We cover return shipping cost.
  • Voluntary returns for personal reasons (unsuitable style, wrong size selected by customer): Customer bears all return shipping fees, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Method
